About the Role:

Join our supportive Pharmacy Department at Grampians Health and gain hands-on experience while contributing to patient care. This is a great opportunity for pharmacy students looking to build skills across dispensary, distribution, and technical operations within a busy hospital environment. Learn, grow, and be part of a team making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with inpatient, outpatient and discharge dispensing

Manage ward stock, including imprest and pre-packing

Answer internal and patient-facing pharmacy queries

Prepare labels, medication lists and PBS paperwork

Support quality checks, stock rotation and expiry date reviews

Contribute to audits, stocktakes and improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience:

Must be a student currently studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree/equivalent from a recognised Australian university

Eligible for AHPRA student registration

Clear communicator with strong teamwork focus

Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

Able to adapt in a busy hospital setting
