ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced solution architect to play a key role in projects that introduce new business applications, enable data transfer capabilities, and transition legacy platforms into modern environments. These initiatives will bring significant change to a sensitive operational area, requiring strong technical leadership and architectural expertise to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Shape and manage solution designs that directly address complex business challenges.

Lead the project's technical direction, setting the architecture vision and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Produce detailed technical designs and architecture artifacts in line with enterprise standards and frameworks.

Facilitate and lead technical workshops to engage stakeholders and validate solution approaches.

Evaluate and recommend the most effective technology options to solve business needs.

Define features, development phases, and technical requirements to guide delivery teams.

Provide clear specifications and governance to ensure solutions are built, delivered, and supported to agreed standards.

MORE ABOUT YOU

Proven track record as a solution architect within complex enterprise or government environments.

Strong capability in designing and delivering solutions involving application implementation, data migration, and integration.

Skilled at translating business requirements into clear technical designs.

Experience leading technical discussions and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture practices, frameworks, and documentation standards.

Ability to evaluate technology options and propose innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
