Depot Manager

Albany Bus Service is a family-owned and operated company, operating orange school buses servicing families and schools in Albany.

Albany Bus Service is seeking a dedicated and proactive depot manager to lead our Albany Depot.

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the transport depot, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.

Supervise and support a team of drivers, bus wardens, and bus aides, providing direction and guidance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Monitor and manage fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance and inspections.

The talent you bring:

Experience in a similar role/industry (preferred)

Liaise with clients, suppliers and employees professionally at all times

‘HR’ ss license is is highly desirable

Hold a current or have the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid certificate.

Be able to obtain a Passenger Transport Driver (PTD)

Be able to obtain a Working with Children Clearance (WWCC).
