We are seeking experienced and professional casual security officers to join our team, providing high-end security services for VIP functions, corporate events, and premium venues. This is an exciting opportunity for polished and reliable security professionals who take pride in their presentation, professionalism, and ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role:

As a security officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and stakeholders. Your role goes beyond safety and security; it is about representing our brand with confidence and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. We are looking for officers who can seamlessly balance strong situational awareness with a welcoming and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a professional security presence at VIP events and premium venues

Deliver a high standard of customer service to guests, clients, and stakeholders

Monitor and respond to security and safety risks in a discreet and professional manner

Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, ensuring safety and order are maintained

Accurately record and complete detailed incident and shift reports

Manage access control and screening with tact and diplomacy

Uphold company standards of appearance, conduct, and confidentiality at all times

About You:

Security License (NSW 1A)

First Aid Certificate (current)

Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (current)

Previous experience in security roles, ideally within corporate, events, or VIP settings

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanour

Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions

Strong report writing and documentation skills

Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and integrity
