Your New Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on supporting delivery across existing accounts, with a strong emphasis on headhunting and candidate engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who's confident on the phone, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can make an impact from day one—without the pressure of building a desk from scratch.

You will:

Support recruitment needs across active engineering and manufacturing roles

Make outbound calls to engage active and passive talent

Work closely with senior consultants and the Managing Director to manage workload

Build candidate pipelines across technical roles

Conduct screening calls and interviews and present high-quality shortlists

Use internal databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools effectively

Provide exceptional candidate experience through consistent follow-up and clear communication

Your Background

A proven track record as a high-performing Recruitment Consultant

Strong phone presence and communication skills

A fast learner who can quickly understand job briefs and hit daily targets

Proactive, hands-on, and results-focused

Available to commence work soon

Industry knowledge in engineering/manufacturing is helpful but not essential
