Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance

Recommend suitable products

Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities

Manage difficult situations with customers

Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events

Attend to cancellations and schedule changes

Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system

Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs
