The ideal applicants will demonstrate:

Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse

Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills with a focus on the older person

Demonstrated understanding, ability or experience in providing effective supervision and support to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers

An understanding of aged care accreditation standards.
