Full-time Chef De Partie
Annual salary, 4 weeks paid annual leave, superannuation, tips
4-day workweek, 3 days off every week
Staff meals provided each day
What we are looking for:
At least 1 year experience working within a fine dining or high-end restaurant
Well-presented and professional with an exceptional work ethic and attitude
Passionate about learning and developing your skills
Able to maintain high-quality standards, run your own section and multi-task in a busy, open kitchen
High level of attention to detail, punctual and reliable
The Chef De Partie will be required to:
Learn how to work all sections of the kitchen
Follow directions from and support the Head Chef and sous chef.
Come to work with a positive attitude and drive to succeed every day
Provide consistent, exceptional quality work every day
Be fluent in English
Hold the necessary cooking certificate/diploma or have at least 2 years relevant work experience
Have full Australian working rights
Be available to work nights and weekends
