About the Role

Concord Hospital is seeking a highly motivated quality officer to join the Haematology Clinical Research Unit (HCRU). This is a key role leading quality management for cellular therapies and clinical research, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, including FACT-JACIE, TGA, and NATA. Flexible work arrangements considered.

Lead and maintain a robust Quality Management System for cellular therapies

Develop and audit clinical SOPs, policies, and compliance documentation

Support and prepare for accreditation and regulatory inspections

Work collaboratively with clinicians, nurses, data managers and other stakeholders

Lead quality meetings, audits, training, and incident reviews

Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate

All candidates must have full working rights withinAustralia.

Relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications in health information management, information technology, health sciences, or biological sciences or a related discipline and/or relevant experience.

Experience in cellular therapy and/or bone marrow transplantation.

Proven experience in managing and negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the development of projects and monitoring the achievement of targets and deadlines.
