About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic IT Service Desk Officer to join our Technology and Digital Services Team.

You will provide high-quality first-level technical support to staff to assist with their PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, software, and access. To be successful in this role you will possess:

TAFE qualification or equivalent practical experience; knowledge of ITIL.

Strong communication skills to resolve technical issues and deliver quality service.

Proven experience with and supporting Microsoft, such as Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365 Administration Centers, and TeamViewer.

Minimum 2 years in a service desk role.

Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet SLAs.

Team player with a commitment to professional customer service

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.

The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and criminal history check.
