Food Service Supervisor (DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $15.38 Hourly for 37.5 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Health care establishment
Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information
Other Information:Worker will be assigned at SUNRISE VILLAGE managed by CONNECTING CARE located at 660-7 Street NW High River, AB T1Y 1S7
