What This Role Looks Like

We’re searching for a highly skilled, confident senior stylist (10+ years’ experience) to step straight into a full book of loyal clients. With a generous commission structure, your earning potential is 100K+ annually.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running, thrive in a luxury salon environment, and lead with both craft and heart.

A Day in the Chair

Deliver exceptional cutting, color, and styling services with precision and efficiency

Take over and nurture an existing full clientele base

Mentor apprentices and support younger stylists in their growth

Collaborate with our team to uphold Salon Purpose's high standards and vibe

Are you a qualified hairdresser with 10+ years of salon experience?

Are confident across all technical services (colour, cut, styling, treatments)
