Your day-to-day will include:
Administration support to the sales team
Preparing listing and sales documentation
Coordinating marketing campaigns for new listings
Database management and client follow-up support
General office administration to ensure smooth operations
About you:
Minimum 12 months experience working in real estate (sales admin or Reception)
Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and a team-focused approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (CRM/real estate software experience an advantage)
