About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager ready to step into a multi-site leadership role, overseeing 2 fast-paced lifestyle and fashion-inspired stores in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail professional who enjoys a hands-on approach to operations, team leadership, and driving sales growth.
As a Store Manager with multi-site responsibility, you will ensure operational excellence across several locations, lead and develop store teams, and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of 2–3 stores, ensuring sales targets and service standards are achieved.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, promotional campaigns, and performance improvement strategies.
- Lead, coach, and support store managers and team members — including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures in inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Analyse sales reports and market trends regularly, recommending and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Act as the communication bridge between head office and stores, providing timely feedback and operational insights.
- Manage escalated customer complaints and critical incidents within the region, safeguarding brand reputation.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Solid understanding of retail operations including sales analysis, inventory, and financial management.
- Excellent customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and Mandarin/ Chinese.
- Flexible to travel between stores and head office as required.
