About the role
Were looking for a passionate and client-focused Occupational Therapist (Grade 1 or 2) to join our Child, Adult and Family Therapies team. Youll play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve their goals through high-quality therapy and care planning. Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, youll deliver services across diverse funding streams and help shape positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
This role offers a mix of clinic-based and community work, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Whether youre an early-career OT looking for great supervision and development, or an experienced clinician ready to mentor and support others – wed love to hear from you.
What youll be doing
Deliver evidence-based assessments, care plans, and therapy to support client goals.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other health professionals.
Contribute to service innovation and continuous quality improvement.
(Grade 2) Provide peer support and supervision to students and early-career clinicians.
What youll bring
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) + current AHPRA registration.
Passion for person-centred, strengths-based practice.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
A commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
