At UnitingSA, were looking for a skilled administrator to take on the crucial role of Scheduling Officer. In this fast-paced position, youll coordinate the rosters of our community-based support workers, ensuring clients receive the care they need, when they need it, and with minimal disruption.

Your Role in Action:
Heres what a typical week in the role might look like:
Responding to scheduling requests and managing roster changes for support workers.
Matching client preferences and staff availability with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintaining up-to-date information in electronic rostering and client management systems.
Monitoring support worker hours in line with industrial obligations and processing fortnightly timesheets.
Liaising with staff, clients, and families to resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally.
Supporting your manager and team with administrative tasks as needed.

What Youll Bring:
Experience in a fast-paced rostering or administration environment, with great attention to detail.
Confidence using electronic rostering systems, Microsoft Office, and client databases.
Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
A Certificate II/IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desirable).
A current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
