Your Mission:

Join a fast-paced IT environment where your technical expertise keeps our systems humming and our people connected. As the go-to tech troubleshooter, youll be the first line of defence against system issues, security threats, and user frustrations, making a real impact every day.

What Youll Be Doing:

Deliver responsive L1–L2 support across desktops, systems, telephony, mobile devices, and AV systems.

Administer user accounts, security policies, and configurations via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Manage Exchange, Intune, Endpoint Configuration Manager, and MDM platforms.

Troubleshoot network issues, hardware faults, and software bugs with precision and speed.

Monitor and escalate cyber security threats, ensuring a secure digital environment.

Collaborate on IT projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Tech Stack Youll Work With:

OS and Platforms: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, iOS, Android

Tools: Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, Intune, PowerShell, Defender, Trend

Apps: Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, AV systems

Networking: LAN/WAN, DHCP, Printing Services, basic network troubleshooting

Who You Are:

A tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for user support and system reliability.

Experienced in help desk/service desk environments and enterprise IT tools.

Skilled in troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.

Cyber-aware and proactive about security best practices.

A team player who thrives in collaborative, service-oriented environments.

Must-Haves:

Tertiary qualification in IT (Cert IV, Diploma or Degree).

SA Drivers Licence.

DHS Working with Children Check.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.
