Responsibilities:

Organize  to accomplish the work

Supervise postal activities

Co-ordinate, assign and review work

Manage the operations of package handling

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Establish work schedules and procedures

Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders

Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments

Oversee operational logistics of the organization
