Position Title: Health Care Worker

Classification: IN37 - IN39

Salary per hour:  Dependent on Qualifications and Experience + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Casual 

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

About the role

We are seeking applications from Health Care Workers to join Heathcote Health. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and be committed to providing high quality services, along with good communication skills and commitment to positive working relationship.

About you

As the successful applicant you will:

Certificate III in Aged Care, or equivalent

Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Deliver patient-centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Dhelkaya Health requirements

Have medication endorsement or be willing to undertake a course within the first 3 months of commencement.
