THE CLIENT.

We are working with 3 leading Commercial real estate agencies who are looking to train their next batch of future leaders. With a strong presence across Sydney’s Southern Suburbs, Southwest, and Sutherland Shire. These agencies only focus on commercial, industrial, and retail property sectors. This is a breeding ground for the larger corporates like CBRE, JLL, Colliers.

THE ROLE.

There are two options

Asset Management - Working in the property management team under experienced Property Manager, looking after the day-to-day running of Industrial sheds, Office suites, shops, cafes etc. working closely with tenants,  CPI rent increases, lease renewals and lease options, project management of capital upgrades.

OR

Sales and Leasing – imagine yourself leasing out a whole block of offices for $400,000 p.a. to be successful in prospecting for this style of tenant you’ll need to back up your sales pitch with data and research. Canvassing for new tenants to start then on to listing,  updating CRM, market research, comparisons, and showing properties. Once this is fine-tuned you will start working on transactions and negotiating and closing deals.

THE PERKS.

$55,000 – $75,000 Base (Depending on Experience)

Commissions earned on new business leads and tenants found

No ownership on leads, you bring it in you earn commission.

THE PERSON.

Ideally 1-3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales OR Property Management, we welcome recent property economic graduates.

A relevant degree in Property Economics, Law, Construction is preferred but not essential.

Career focused individual with high values and integrity

Demonstrates a strong work ethic, and initiative.

Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.

NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration – Assistant Agent

Possesses a valid NSW Real Estate Driver's Licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle
