From premium engine installations to full system fit outs, we're known for quality workmanship, honest service, and a genuine love for the marine lifestyle. We work closely with Mercury, Mercruiser and Yanmar diesel brands, among others.

We're on the lookout for a Fit Out Shipwright / Marine Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a crew that shares your passion for the water — this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across a wide range of vessels, tackling interesting and rewarding projects that make every day different. Tasks include:

Installing and upgrading marine engines, electronics, and onboard systems

Carrying out quality control checks and accurate job documentation

Keeping your workspace organised and professional

Liaising directly with customers and team members to ensure every vessel is delivered on time and up to standard

Sharing your knowledge and supporting fellow technicians when needed

Water testing and commissioning vessels following completion of the installation of new engines and equipment

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys being around boats, has solid marine trade experience, and takes a hands-on approach to solving problems.

Candidates with any level of marine trade experience are welcome to apply.

Australian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Skills and Experience:

A sound understanding of recreational marine systems

Good practical skills, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship including measuring, marking out, cutting, drilling etc, terminating extra low voltage (12v) DC electrical circuits,

A friendly, reliable attitude and the ability to work independently

Familiarity with:

NMEA2000 networking

Mercury engine installation and SmartCraft systems

Marine electrical principles and GPS/electronic systems

Experience in any one of the marine systems areas listed above will be sufficient

Licences and Tickets (Nice to Have):

Forklift ticket

Recreational Skipper's Ticket / SROCP

Open C Class (minimum), LR preferred
