About the Job

There is an exciting opportunity with the Rural Construction team for a Grader Operator. This position is to deliver high standard roads and infrastructure to the residents of the Shire of Esperance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Undertake construction grading operations

Monitor, maintain and construct council infrastructure and roads as required.

Maintain all associated plant and equipment relative to position in compliance with operational practice.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 99 hours per fortnight. 

About you

In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:

HR class drivers license.

Minimum three years continuous and competent experience operating grader.

White Card – Construction Safety Awareness Training Card.

Benefits

Salary: 122,392.38 per annum, including overtime.

Permanent staff are entitled to:

5 weeks annual leave per year

9 day fortnight

Minimum of 12% superannuation employer contribution
