Mirrabooka Protein is an Australian food manufacturer specialising in protein powder for more than 15 years. We proudly operate from our Grovedale facility, maintaining the quality and care that our customers expect.

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to join our eCommerce fulfilment team - a hands-on role central to ensuring every customer order leaves our warehouse accurately and on time.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. The role involves manual handling (up to 20 kg), attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your day-to-day will include:

Processing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and timely delivery

Pick/packing orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Preparing pallets and cages for daily dispatch

Assisting with dispatching outbound shipments with freight companies

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Operating materials-handling equipment (walkie reach, pallet jack)

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Supporting general warehouse and inventory tasks as required

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse or pick/pack experience (especially in eCommerce or fast-moving environments)

Excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail

Physically fit and able to safely handle up to 20 kg

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to our Grovedale facility

Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance

Reliable, punctual, and proactive - you see what needs doing and do it

Comfortable using basic warehouse or inventory systems

Experience operating materials-handling equipment (walkie reach, pallet jack) highly regarded

A positive team attitude and genuine care for doing things properly

A passion for the brand and interest in health and fitness
