Are you a self-proclaimed book worm with a good work ethic?! We want you!

We are seeking a passionate book lover that has made selling books their career. We want someone who loves books just as much as we do! We are currently looking for an experienced bookseller to be part of the team in a supervisor/senior bookseller role. They will help with the day-to-day operations of the store in a part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting customers with book selections and queries

Putting through sales and orders

Handling inwards goods and stock returns

Assisting with visual merchandising

Supervising junior staff members

General store day-to-day operations

Ideally, we are looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years experience working in a book shop

Has experience with Circlesoft

Has great time management skills and takes initiative

Loves to read and will write reviews for the shop

Works effectively in a team

Opening and closing the store

Flexible availability including late night trade and weekends

Availability throughout December is essential
