The Role

We’re on the hunt for an Estimator with Operations Management skills — someone who thrives on precision, process and performance.

This isn’t just quoting jobs. It’s being the engine room that keeps projects running smooth and profitable.

You’ll work closely with our directors, technicians, and admin team to:

Prepare accurate, professional quotations across electrical, air con, and automation works

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and trades to ensure seamless job flow

Track project timelines, variations, and profitability

Support scheduling and workflow coordination in Simpro

Identify efficiencies and help the team deliver excellence, every time

You’ll Smash It Here If You:

Have experience estimating in electrical, HVAC or construction environments

Are tech-savvy with job management software (Simpro preferred)

Think in systems and love turning chaos into calm

Have a strong sense of urgency and find fulfilment in getting the Tasks done each day!

Have strong communication and follow-through
