Key responsibilities

Your mission is to be a growth partner, not just a salesperson. Youll help clinics and salons thrive by coaching them on business strategy.

Assess: Evaluate business performance and coach salon owners on effective menu design, strategic pricing, and operational enhancements.

Guide: Advise partners on creating compelling service menus and marketing opportunities to attract clients.

Deliver: Provide hands-on training in retail strategies and lead group workshops to maximise product sales.

Expand: Manage and grow an established client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.

Build: Cultivate lasting industry relationships and maintain detailed activity reporting.

Your skills and experience

Sales: Have a history of sales success, hunting for new business opportunities, ideally in cosmeceutical skincare, professional beauty, or aesthetic devices.

Education: Hold a diploma in beauty therapy and demonstrate a strong sales record, with a preference for device sales experience.

Support: Possess a strong capability in coaching, business growth strategies, and building industry relationships.

Communication: Exhibit excellent public speaking and training skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Organisation: Be highly organised, self-driven, and emotionally intelligent.

Travel: Be willing to travel throughout Victoria and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Computer: Be computer literate, with proficiency in Excel, cloud CRMs, and Zoom.

You will stand out if you have

Experience: A successful track record in sales of aesthetic devices, ideally including LED, laser, IPL, and microneedling.

Presentation: Excellent personal presentation and strong work ethic.
