The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Window Fitters - or a team (UPVC Only) to join our growing company. Youll ensure every project is completed to the highest standard of safety, finish, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Install and replace UPVC windows and doors in residential properties

Measure, fit, and seal units with a high level of accuracy

Liaise professionally with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience

Maintain a safe and clean worksite at all times

Identify and resolve installation challenges effectively. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience installing uPVC windows and doors (minimum 2 years)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both autonomously and within a small team

Current drivers licence and reliable transport
