The Role

This is a senior position suited to someone who can manage the daily operations of the business with minimal supervision. Youll oversee the property management team, ensure compliance and efficiency across all processes, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day property management operations

Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding client service

Ensure all legislative, trust accounting, and compliance requirements are met

Manage escalations, client relationships, and key stakeholder communication

Review and improve internal systems and processes to drive efficiency

Provide regular business and portfolio performance reporting to management

Drive business growth through proactive business development and relationship management with new and existing clients

About You

Youre a confident, organised professional who thrives in a leadership role and understands the full scope of property management operations. You take ownership, lead by example, and bring stability and structure to your team.

You will have:

3-5+ years experience in property management

Proven experience managing or leading a team

Sound knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Property Me)

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
