About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Dental Assistant to join our specialist prosthodontics clinic in Coorparoo, QLD. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our clinic by supporting Dr Sid Kothari with clinical duties.

What you'll be doing

Assisting dentists during patient procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials, and ensuring the operatory is kept clean and organised

Greeting and welcoming patients, booking appointments, and handling front desk inquiries

Maintaining patient records, processing payments, and handling insurance claims

Sterilising and restocking equipment and supplies

Providing excellent customer service to our patients and ensuring a positive experience.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and work collaboratively with the dental team

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to multitask effectively

A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude

Prosthodontics experience is not essential as we will provide training in this specialist area
