About the Role

We’re seeking an organised and proactive WHS Administrator to provide key support across all workplace health, safety, and compliance functions.

This is a full-time permanent role (38to44 hours/week) offering a starting rate of 38/hour, negotiable based on experience. Flexible hours may be available for the right candidate.

You’ll assist with maintaining safety systems, managing documentation, and supporting the management team to ensure compliance and best practice across all farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate WHS documentation, training records, and incident reports

Coordinate inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training

Assist with safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

Support compliance with Freshcare, Sedex, and Fair Farms programs

Prepare reports, statistics, and return-to-work documentation

Liaise with staff, supervisors, and contractors to uphold safety standards

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in WHS administration or compliance

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, document systems)

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently

Current driver’s licence (some travel between sites required)

Bonus points if you have:

Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in farming, logistics, or industrial environments

Familiarity with WHS software and reporting tools
