Key Responsibilities

Prepare, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, doors, and exteriors for residential and commercial properties

Perform surface preparation including sanding, scraping, patching, and cleaning?

Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

Collaborate with team members for large projects, and work independently on smaller jobs

Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures, ensuring cleanliness at every stage

Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time and within safety guidelines?

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ painting experience (residential and/or commercial)

Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent trade qualification) is highly regarded?

Proficiency in all preparation and painting techniques

Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to work unsupervised

Good communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
