Title: Job Vacancy — Seafood B2B Sales Executive/Manager

Location: Hail, Saudi Arabia
Role Overview: Build and scale B2B sales for fresh/chilled products across Hail, Qassim, and Medina (HoReCa, wholesale, retail).
Responsibilities: Develop pipeline and execute scheduled field routes. Tiered pricing, contract offers, and manage collections & DSO. Coordinate cold chain & returns with operations. Run CRM and weekly/monthly forecasts; analyze competition.
Requirements 3–5 years in chilled/seafood sales. Strong local network and negotiation skills. Proficient with CRM/Excel; driver’s license; regional travel. Excellent Arabic + working English.
KPIs: Weekly revenue, gross margin, new logos, 3 pipeline coverage, DSO ≤ 14 days.
Benefits: Base salary + revenue/margin commission + fuel/phone allowance + housing/transport.
