Proven experience: Youve got at least 1 year in general dentistry under your belt.

People Skills: Whether its a nervous patient or a chatty one, you build trust quickly and keep your patients loyal.

Team Player: You work well with a supportive, close-knit team that values communication and collaboration. (And if youve got a big ego, this might not be the place for you. We like humility.)

Flexible: You can handle both regular and emergency cases with ease.

A Sense of Humor: If you can join our morning huddles (half strategy, half comedy) with a smile, well get along just fine.
