We are looking for new members to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated medical receptionist (part time or full time casual) to join our friendly General Practice!
Our medical Centre is located near the beautiful Cronulla Beach with easy access by train, bus or car.
For medical receptionist position ( FT or PT), previous medical receptionist experience is much preferred, but training can be provided if you have no previous experience. Salary is depending on your experience.
You will be an important part of team being the first point of contact for the patients. Your duties include:
Daily office routines, reporting to practice manager or the doctors
Meet and greet the patients, scheduling, booking, taking payments, scanning, billing, answering phone calls, liaising with allied health or hospital.
Work hours: Monday-Friday between 8 am to 6pm
You will be expected to have :
Excellent communication skills and proficient computer skills
Wear appropriate attire, good presentation and reputable manners
Must have excellent team working skills, punctuality and willing to learn
Must have good organization skills, ability to multi-task and must be able to work under pressure
Must able to comply with NSW health legislations and requirements. It is requirement that you will provide up to date CPR certificate, working with the children check and police check once you started the job.
