Structural Engineering Consultancy, focusing on design integrity, have an urgent requirement for a Structural Engineer with an understanding of local residential construction.

Easy going team with high volume projects where everyday is different.

Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering essential.

Minimum 2 years local experience in the design and documentation of low rise residential projects, in particular high end houses, new homes, renovations as well as alterations and additions with some commercial and school projects.

Experience in the design and documentation of reinforced concrete as well as steel and timber framing and some glazing structures..

Storm water design experience as well as swimming pools helpful.

Ability to carry out site inspections.

Must be experienced in structural design programs, preferably RC Building and Slabs, with Autocad a plus but not necessary.

Excellent communication skills necessary.

This is a permanent position with immediate commencement and an attractive salary for candidates that have the right project skill set.
