Position Overview: Part-Time Registered Nurse

Were looking for a reliable, proactive, and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our warm and supportive team. This on-site role offers consistent daytime hours, with the flexibility to cover leave when needed—perfect for someone seeking balance and purpose.

Youll work closely with our GPs and Practice Manager to deliver exceptional patient care, contribute to streamlined clinic operations, and be part of a team that values your input and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth patient flow.

Direct Patient Care: Provide wound care, immunisations, and follow-ups.

Preventive Health: Support chronic disease management and lifestyle programs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, PM, reception, and allied health professionals.

Stock Management: Maintain clinical supplies and vaccine compliance.

Data and Systems: Use Cubiko to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Quality and Compliance: Uphold best practice standards and contribute to clinic improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 2 years experience in a general practice setting

Proficiency in Best Practice software (mandatory)

Familiarity with Cubiko and HotDoc (preferred)

Strong knowledge of aged-care health assessments and chronic disease management

Experience in vaccine and consumable ordering (private and government stock)

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a dynamic clinic environment

Current CPR certification and COVID-19 vaccination training

A professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care
