Project Management (Construction)

Full time

100,000 to 140,000 per year

About Us

Atomic Projects is a Sydney-based remedial construction company delivering façade, waterproofing, and structural repair projects with Tier-1 precision and small-company agility.

We manage complex refurbishment and rectification works across Sydney’s residential and commercial sectors — built on structure, accountability, and professional communication.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and delivers consistently high standards across every project.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage remedial and refurbishment projects ranging from procurement, coordination, and delivery through to close-out.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment, balancing office, site, and client responsibilities.

You’ll work across varied scopes — façades, waterproofing, structural repair, and refurbishment — supported by a capable operations team and proven delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, time, and cost targets are met.

Oversee site operations, subcontractor performance, and trade coordination.

Prepare and manage budgets, programs, progress claims, and variations.

Lead client, engineer, and consultant meetings with professionalism and clarity.

Drive compliance with Quality, environmental, and safety procedures.

Identify opportunities to improve systems, productivity, and project outcomes.

About You

5+ years’ experience in remedial, façade, waterproofing, or refurbishment projects.

Confident in managing trades, reading drawings, and coordinating consultants.

Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar).

Solid understanding of construction estimating and cost control fundamentals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional, organised, and able to lead by example on site.

Looking for long-term stability and growth within a structured environment.

What We Offer

Competitive salary and pathway into senior leadership roles.

Exposure to complex remedial and refurbishment projects.

Tier-1 systems, small-company responsiveness.

A respectful, straightforward work environment — no chaos.
