Seize a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, Australian machinery dealership in the exciting start-up phase. Based in Clayton, this role focuses on driving sales across Australia with an initial main focus on the broader Victorian area for a range of forklifts, excavators, and warehouse equipment.

You'll be the face of the business, leveraging your selling skills to cultivate new accounts and service existing relationships in a high-demand market.

You'll have an impressive inventory of stock, including new electric forklifts, to hit the ground running and quickly build your commission.

Role Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.

Present and sell a diverse range of materials handling and construction equipment.

Achieve and exceed set sales targets and key performance indicators.

Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide customer product training.

Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and accurate customer records.

Required Skills

Proven sales experience, ideally within forklifts, machinery or warehouse equipment.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Strong business development focus and 'hunter' mentality.

Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy sales territory.

Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.

The remuneration package includes a competitive 80,000 per annum base salary, plus uncapped commission to reward your performance. A car allowance will also be provided.
