One Call Property Care is a fast-growing Gold Coast-based property maintenance company providing premium pressure washing, painting, and handyman services across Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Northern NSW.

The Role

We're seeking motivated and reliable Property Maintenance Technicians to join our team on a casual basis (20to30 hours per week).

You'll work on a variety of projects including:

Pressure washing roofs, driveways, and building exteriors

Painting and roof restoration work

Handyman repairs and property maintenance tasks

General site setup, cleanup, and safe chemical handling

This is hands-on, physical outdoor work that often involves working on roofs and in hot weather conditions. You'll need to be comfortable with heights, manual labour, and working safely under the sun.

What We Offer

35to40 per hour + 11.5% superannuation

(35/hr for pressure washing, 40/hr for painting/handyman)

Fuel card & vehicle allowance available if you use your own vehicle

Guaranteed 20 hours per week, with potential for 30+ hours

About You

You're practical, hardworking, and take pride in doing a job properly. You're someone who values teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience in pressure washing, painting, or general property maintenance

Minimum 1+ years of experience in pressure washing, painting, or property maintenance is required

Comfortable working on roofs and at heights (training provided if required)

Physically fit and able to work in hot outdoor environments

Current Australian driver's licence (essential)

Reliable vehicle (with tow bar preferred)

White Card or willingness to obtain one

Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident

Hours & Pay

Casual role with 20to30 hrs per week (min. 20 guaranteed)

Most work Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays during peak season

Pay range: 35 to 40 hr + 11.5% super + bonuses
