The Role

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and take-offs for residential builds

Manage procurement and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

Track budgets and assist with cost reporting

Support project coordination, approvals and handover documentation

Work collaboratively with design, construction and client teams

Maintain quality control across all project stages

The Criteria

Previous experience as an Estimator in residential construction

Strong knowledge of SA building codes/NCC

Proficiency in estimating software, Excel and Buildertrend

Collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed to help the project
