About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the vibrant team at one of Noosa's iconic Restaurants in the heart of Hastings Street as a Front of House (FOH) Supervisor. As the FOH Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant's operations.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and coordinate the front of house team to deliver a seamless dining experience for customers

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including reservations, seating, and customer service

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the dining areas

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a professional manner

Assist with training and development of the front of house team

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service

Monitor and report on restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar front of house supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming dining experience

Exceptional Food & Wine knowledge

Experience with Open & Close procedures

Passion and dedication to maintain positive customer experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and manage a team

Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Flexibility to work varying shifts over 7 day roster from Breakfast till Late
