We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Mechanic to join our team and assist our Fleet Maintenance Coordinator in servicing and maintaining our school’s buses.

King's Christian College, which operates its own fleet of school buses, has three vibrant campuses in South East Queensland. The Reedy Creek campus is based near Robina, along with the Pimpama and Logan Village campuses.

The successful candidate will be supported to complete a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology as part of their apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills and qualifications in the field.

This hands-on role will involve helping with inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of our vehicle fleet to ensure safety and reliability.

About You:

Passion for mechanics, both heavy and light vehicles

Willingness to learn and complete formal training, committing to a four year apprenticeship

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Australian citizen/permanent resident
