About the Opportunity
The Senior HR Administrator and Analyst supports service areas to effectively operate and deliver their core businesses. The position also plays a critical role in transforming workforce data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the organisation.
About you
We are looking for someone who has worked in HR administration and has knowledge of HR, Awards and Fair Work.
You will also have experience with data analysis and accuracy within HR.

Essential:
3yrs in a similar role
Demonstrated HR data analysis
Advanced excel skills
Good communication
Screening Criteria:
National Police check
Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening check or ability to obtain
Valid Victorian Driver's license
