The Role: Are you an experienced Property Manager or Property Manager looking to elevate your career? Due to the rapid growth of our organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team.

This Monday to Friday position offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio of around 180-200 properties.

What you'll be doing

Proven experience in residential property management in Victoria - Minimum of 2 years of recent experience

Effectively managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, including conducting property inspections, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and handling tenant enquiries and issues

Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant legislation and regulations

Efficiently collecting and processing rental payments, and managing arrears and vacancies

Prepare and attend VCAT cases for your portfolio

Providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants

Proactively marketing properties to secure new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates

Assisting with the preparation of routine reports and financial statements

Collaborating with the principal to contribute to the growth and success of the business (rewards for bringing in new business)

What we're looking for

A current Agents Representative Certificate

Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and best practices in property management

Added advantage experience on Property Tree software

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and juggle multiple tasks effectively

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing high-quality service

Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant technology

Valid driver's license
