The Opportunity: Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper looking for more than just another job?

Runway Fasteners, a thriving Sunshine Coast building supplies business, is seeking an ambitious Bookkeeper and Administration Officer to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting business transformation.

Start part-time (2-3 days), grow to full-time as we expand!

What You'll Do

Complete bookkeeping cycle - AP, AR, payroll, BAS, reconciliations

Manage inventory systems and streamline data entry processes

Implement improvements to help scale the business

Deal directly with customers and suppliers

Work autonomously with full ownership of the finance function

Use Sybiz Vision, Sybiz Pay and Super (training provided)

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Cert III/IV in Bookkeeping or similar

2+ years hands-on bookkeeping experience

Strong Excel and accounting software skills

Excellent communication and customer service

Self-starter with problem-solving ability

Available to start within 2 weeks

Bonus Points:

Construction/trade industry experience

Sybiz software knowledge

Inventory management experience

Entrepreneurial mindset
