We’re currently offering an opportunity for an experienced Psychologist Contractor to join our growing team — working across home, community, school, Telehealth or clinic settings, with genuine flexibility and administrative support that lets you focus on your clients.

About the Role

As a Contractor Psychologist, you’ll provide high-quality therapeutic and assessment services to clients of varying ages and abilities. You’ll enjoy full clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a manageable caseload within a team that prioritises both client outcomes and clinician wellbeing.

This is an ideal role for an experienced professional who enjoys independence but wants to remain part of a connected, multidisciplinary, and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver psychological assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions.

Provide therapy for individuals, families, and/or groups in line with NDIS or private goals.

Write professional reports, progress summaries, and NDIS documentation as required.

Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, schools, and allied health professionals.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data entry within agreed timeframes.

Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice, and team meetings (as applicable).

Uphold the organisation’s values and the highest ethical standards in practice.

Essential Criteria

Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist.

Experience providing assessment and intervention services within disability, NDIS, or community settings.

Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred practice.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Strong professional boundaries and ability to self-manage workload.

Current ABN, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Working With Children Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
