We are a vitalistic and vibrant chiropractic practice that is continually expanding. We provide personalized, compassionate care to our people enabling them to achieve their health goals and lead inspired lives. We are currently searching for the right person to fill our senior chiropractic assistant role, someone who values connections with people and provides exceptional service.

Your main role is to ensure that every one of our people have a welcoming, efficient and seamless experience each time they enter the building. Ideally, you will have a strong interest in reception duties and administration. This position involves being highly efficient, able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment, whilst maintaining a people-focused approach. You will also work closely with Dr Brett, supporting team integration and contributing to effective outcomes.

Your starting and finishing times will vary, but you will need to have the availability to begin work at 7:15am and to finish at 6:45pm or later.

The Role:

Liaising with Dr Brett regarding leadership decisions and team direction

Greeting and assisting practice members with a warm and welcoming manner

Managing the smooth flow of the day within a busy schedule

Becoming a scheduling genius booking and coordinating appointments efficiently

Efficiently answering and returning phone calls

Processing payments

General administrative tasks

Planning and preparing rosters, calendars, and schedules

Light tidying and cleaning to maintain an orderly environment

Skills and Qualities Required:

Previous and/or current experience in reception and/or administration

Excellent communication skills

Proven ability to problem solve

A positive contributor to an uplifting and cohesive team environment, valuing communication and shared success

Ability to prioritise work within established routines, methods, and procedures

Strong capacity to multi-task

Confidence navigating practice software and online applications

Commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy workspace

A keen interest in holistic health and chiropractic care is advantageous
