Job Title: Cashier

Location: Blumen Coffee and Sweets Shop – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: Blumen Coffee and Sweets Shop is seeking a dedicated and professional Cashier to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi-born or Saudi national with previous experience in café or retail cashiering, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Process customer orders and payments (cash, card, or digital).

Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required.

Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of each shift.

Employee must be fully responsible for cashier operations and cash handling.

Maintain professionalism in reception and demonstrate good behaviour with customers and colleagues.

Support the café team with customer orders and service during busy hours.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Follow all company policies and cash handling procedures.

Report any discrepancies or system issues to management immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Saudi-born or Saudi national (mandatory).

Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a café, bakery, or sweets shop.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

English language skill is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
