Van Sales Supervisor
Region: Jeddah (jeddah)
We are seeking a strong leader to manage our Van Sales team, ensuring they meet targets and maintain operational excellence in the field.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach the Van Sales team to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize routes and productivity.
Ensure 100% compliance with journey plans, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; actively pursue new account growth.
Provide regular performance reporting and market feedback.
Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in Van Sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
