Urgent Hiring! Scaffolding Supervisor

Region: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily scaffolding operations, including erection, inspection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolds.

Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with Saudi Aramco Work Permit System, SABIC standards, or Royal Commission safety protocols, as applicable.

Conduct pre-use and periodic inspections of scaffolds and issue Scaffold Tags (Green/Yellow/Red) accordingly.

Coordinate with safety officers and site engineers to ensure scaffold designs meet load-bearing and access requirements.

Maintain scaffolding logs, inspection records, and handover certificates.

Lead and mentor a team of scaffolders from diverse nationalities (e.g., Bangladeshi, Indian, Filipino, etc.).

Enforce proper use of PPE and fall protection systems.

Liaise with subcontractors and other trades to ensure scaffold availability aligns with project timelines.

Report unsafe conditions or non-compliance to the HSE department and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Construction or related field

Minimum 5 years in scaffolding supervision, with at least 2 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC

CISRS / OSHA / Aramco Certified Scaffolding Supervisor (preferred)

Familiarity with BS EN 12811, OSHA 1926, and Saudi labor law

English (required), Arabic or Urdu/Hindi/Bangla (advantageous)
